Changzhou has recently expanded its job placement program by adding 67 new bases, bringing the total to 875. These projects have created 5,007 high-quality internship positions, benefiting 4,240 participants. For three consecutive years, Changzhou's internship program has been ranked among the top in Jiangsu province.
The job placement initiative has been a key part of Jiangsu's livelihood projects for the past three years. Changzhou has shown a strong commitment to this program, actively promoting it throughout the region. In the first half of this year alone, the city hosted eight job fairs specifically for university graduates. These events attracted 1,550 employers who offered 58,000 job positions and numerous internship opportunities, resulting in 861 graduates securing internships. The roles on offer spanned various fields, including engineering, quality management, software development, and foreign language translation.
Moreover, Changzhou has leveraged digital platforms such as the "Changzhou Human Resources" WeChat account and the "Changzhou Talent Recruitment" Douyin account to raise awareness of youth job placement policies. By utilizing these channels, the city has successfully gathered high-quality internship positions in intelligent and technical fields, significantly enhancing the program's attractiveness.
