May 15 marked the 2024 National Low Carbon Day, with the main event hosted in Changzhou. YOUON, a bike-share company, spearheaded a citywide cycling initiative in Changzhou. On that day, residents of Changzhou were able to unlock free rides on electrically assisted or hydrogen-powered bikes through the YOUON app, granting them up to thirty minutes of cycling per ride.
Against the backdrop of Changzhou's campaign to become a hub for new energy, YOUON is leveraging its expertise in smart transportation and cloud-based technology to advance the accessibility of hydrogen energy through its digital platform. With a fleet of approximately 45,000 vehicles deployed throughout the city, YOUON is facilitating seamless transportation options for both daily commutes and recreational outings, bolstering Changzhou's efforts towards sustainable mobility.
